WHAT WE BELIEVE
We are a Bible-believing church. God’s Word is our guide for life, and we strive to follow it in all we do.
We invite you to explore the Scriptures with us and grow in your faith as you discover His truth.
We believe in one God, who exists eternally in three Persons — the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is loving, holy, and just — the Creator of all things, perfect in every way. In His great love, God invites us into a close relationship with Him as our Heavenly Father.
We believe the Bible is God’s inspired and infallible Word. It is accurate, authoritative, and our perfect guide in all matters of faith and life. We commit to teaching and living by its truth. We cherish the Bible as a living message from our Father, full of hope and direction.
We believe that sin has separated all humanity from God, and that the only way to be reconciled to Him is through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, who paid the full penalty for our sins. Because of His amazing love, God made a way for us to come home to Him.
We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully Man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the dead on the third day, and ascended into heaven. Today, He sits at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest, Mediator, and coming King. We are so grateful that Jesus gave His life for us and now intercedes for us every day.
We believe that salvation is God’s free gift to all who will receive it. It comes by grace alone, through faith in Jesus Christ alone, and results in a transformed life that produces works pleasing to God. True salvation includes repentance from sin, renewing your mind to the Word of God, and a commitment to follow Jesus as Lord. We are saved by His endless love, not by our own efforts, which creates a life of gratitude.
We believe in water baptism by immersion as an outward symbol of the cleansing power of God, our identification with Christ’s death and resurrection, and a public testimony of our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We celebrate every baptism as a joyful declaration that we belong to Jesus.
We believe in the Holy Spirit as our Comforter, Counselor, and Empowerer. He lives within every believer, guides us into all truth, convicts us of sin, equips us with spiritual gifts for service, and empowers us to live holy lives through the baptism of the Holy Spirit and to bear the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We love how the Holy Spirit draws us closer to Jesus and fills our lives with His presence.
We believe that the Holy Communion (the Lord’s Supper) is a sacred celebration of Jesus’ death and resurrection. Through the bread and the cup, we remember His broken body and shed blood, proclaim His victory, and anticipate His return. Gathering at the Lord’s Table reminds us of His deep love and the bond we share as His sons and daughters.
We believe that God desires to transform, heal, deliver, and prosper His people — spiritually, emotionally, physically, and relationally — so we can live abundant, victorious, and impactful lives that glorify Him and bless others. We trust Him to do beautiful things in us so our lives can bless those around us.
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ on earth — a community of believers called to worship God together, grow in discipleship, serve one another in love, and demonstrate His kingdom through unity, prayer, and acts of compassion. We value being part of God’s family, where we love and encourage one another.
We believe we are called to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations, making disciples and advancing God’s kingdom with boldness and compassion. Out of His love in our hearts, we gladly share the good news with others.
We believe our Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again — just as He promised — personally, visibly, and triumphantly. This blessed hope motivates us to live holy, purposeful lives as we await His return. We live with eager anticipation, helping one another stay faithful until we see Jesus face to face.
